What’s New at Old Republic Risk Management?
I am often asked, “What’s new at Old Republic Risk Management?” Depending on the day and who is asking, the answer can vary. But right now, the answer is the same for everyone: “Quite a lot is new – from offices to expert personnel to client service.”
ORRM has opened two new offices – one in Atlanta, Georgia, and another in Dallas, Texas. These new locations are the result of our careful strategic planning as well as our growth in these major insurance markets. The time was right for us to put boots on the ground in these markets, which will build upon our existing presence in Wisconsin, Illinois, New York, Pennsylvania and California.
ORRM also is relocating another two offices as part of our effort to locate account executives closer to clients to facilitate direct contact with them as well as prospects. Our West Coast office has moved to San Francisco, and our East Coast office is relocating to New York City. Please check our website, www.orrm.com, for these offices’ new addresses and additional contact information.

| Those significant office developments mean some exciting additions and changes in our professional personnel, too. Neil Chambers, a new account executive in the ORRM family, will lead the Atlanta office. Neil, who most recently was with Marsh, has extensive insurance experience with large accounts. Heading our new Dallas facility is ORRM veteran Rob Fronk, who has relocated from our Brookfield, Wisconsin office this summer. Meanwhile, Tim Tleuliyev joins our New York office. Tim comes to ORRM from XL, where he helped lead national accounts business. We are very excited that Neil and Tim continue the tradition of account executives who add value to both ORRM and our clients. We welcome them to our team. In Dallas, Rob will continue to be an integral part of the ORRM team as he leads our growth efforts in Texas, pursuing new business opportunities.

Besides facilitating meetings with clients and prospects this summer, ORRM will additionally beef up client service by launching a series of informational webinars. We anticipate presenting several webinars annually as tools allowing us to efficiently, effectively and in a timely manner communicate with our clients on important risk management topics. Our first webinar examined claims management. Special thanks to our dedicated claims folks for cutting our webinar teeth.

As you can see, my answer to, “What’s new at ORRM?” is quite extensive these days.
